Outcome
Colour balance: Robin produced most naturally looking colours in this test, Galaxy S5 did a good job as well, while other devices got the balance slightly incorrectly saturating the image with a bit of yellow.
Exposure: In terms of exposure Lumia 930 and iPhone produced well-balanced images while the rest of the pack over-exposed the output. Worth noting that iPhone 6 did a better job with the clouds as they are gray but with Lumia 930 they turned almost blue. Assuming this has something to do with Lumia 930’s tendency to usually saturate the output slightly.
Detail: Lumia 930 preserved most detail in this case with Robin coming in second, iPhone 6 and Galaxy S5 falling slightly behind. PowerShot SX220 HS once again was off-focus.
Video test
The sound of water wasn’t kind to Robin’s microphones producing a horribly distorted sound while also struggling to keep the shot steady. Galaxy S5 produced a shaky clip as well with Lumia 930 and iPhone once again keeping the shot nice and steady. PowerShot SX220 HS once again with setting the right level of exposure.
