Outcome

Colour balance: In this indoor macro test the results are opposite of the outdoor shots I have covered so far. Robin this time produces most naturally looking colours. While previous champion of natural colour reproduction the iPhone 6 did worst, turning my perfectly white wall into beige. Lumia 930 did slightly better with a beige wall only at the centre of the image and Galaxy S5 and PowerShot SX220 HS doing a better job but not as good as Robin.

Exposure: Not any issues with exposure on any devices. Perhaps only PowerShot SX220 HS’s image came out a bit washed out without too much of a contrast.

Detail: Looking closely at a 100% crop results are different then with colour reproduction. Here iPhone does best job of preserving most level of detail but at expense of some serious noise while Lumia 930 and Galaxy S5 displayed some aggressive noise reduction by blurring the image slightly. Robin falls in somewhere in between wild only mild noise reduction and still preserving a good level of detail. PowerShot SX220 HS was completely out of focus on this one.
